Hi everyone, we are finally in Denmark, specifically in Aalborg. After a one day journey with no problems, just one because Axel and I have forgotten to take a bill with luggage, we are well installed in our flat. Here the weather is good, there is sun this morning but we can see snow in the street.
I’m already installed in my flat with my roommates, one Lithuanian boy and two Lithuanian girls, we are waiting for Gaetan, another student from ESAIP.
Currently Claire and Axel are living in a hotel but they will move soon to their flat on the first of February.
My first impression that people seem to be very hospitable, at the beginning I was a little bit worried because of the language but my roommates get me immediately comfortable with that, I can ask them if they can repeat or when I don’t understand a word they try to explain it to me. The atmosphere is very good in my flat, I have the impression to be in the movie “L’auberge espagnole” it’s great. My roommates have already learnt French words such as “bonjour” or “enchanté” but their French accent is horrible but very funny.
See you soon, Martin.
