Hello guys ! :)

Always with my friend Chloé, we visited a lot of parks in Aalborg, four exactly. During the few days when Chloé was here, we walked around 9km per day! It was a very active weekend and fortunately we had very sunny and warm weather for the first time since I have been in Denmark!

The first park is located just behind our apartment, Karolinelund, every wall is covered with beautiful graffiti. This is not like in France where it looks like vandalism, here is art and it is nice to see! There is also a skate park and small gardens where people can come to grow a few vegetables.

The second park is closer to the Martin's apartment, Ogadekvarteret, is larger than the previous. You can find a football pitch or volley ball, fitness outdoor equipment, children playground, a Japanese-style garden and a huge Lake where most people come to feed the ducks, swans and seagulls

The third, Aalborgtarnet, is the park with the tower that overlooks the whole of Aalborg. You can see the Limfjorden, the bank opposite Aalborg, Norrensundby. The entry price is for only 40 DKK and you can eat there with breathtaking views across the city.

The fourth is the Music Park. We nicknamed it the Park of trees that sing. This is a very nice place, you can see on my video in a previous article ;)

Each tree has been planted in the presence of an artist and you can hear a medley of their most famous songs. This Park is really very original, we found Nana Mouskouri, Guns n Roses, Sting, Shakira...!

Aalborg is a “green-city”, There are a lot of places where you can walk without feeling closed in by buildings. Aalborg is a really nice place and once again I recommend you to walk in the city, you do not need a purpose, by just walking you can find the most beautiful places. For me, I found a lot of small beautiful streets or places when I lost myself in the city center, it was a really good experience !

See you :)

Claire
